Well, if you do... great, so do we... and we want to share with you every ingredient in our toothpaste, so you feel comfortable with Made Simple toothpaste. Listed below are our ingredients... all of them... nothing left out, nothing in small print, nothing inactive... it's all right here for you to see. If you have any question at all please be in-touch. We'll even let you know where we get all these beneficial ingredients.

How To Use

To experience our toothpaste at its best, we strongly recommend keeping it in a cool environment. It's worth the effort.

Scoop a small amount with a lightly wet toothbrush and gently brush teeth. Rinse out with warm water. Use in morning, after meals and before bed. You can use it with a little baking soda once a week for an extra whitening cleanse.

This item may be affected by heat while in-transit and/or at home. This is perfectly normal.

The reason this happens is because one of our toothpaste ingredients, coconut oil, naturally melts around 76-degrees F and we don't add any artificial ingredients or chemicals to prevent the melting. This is perfectly normal and doesn't effect the toothpaste in any manner except that it will melt and become less solid than you might want. Actually, we think it's important to never add chemicals when with some care a natural product can do so much more. We hope you agree!

Notes about paste integrity:

The toothpaste arrived in good shape but it has a dish-soapy taste? What may have happened is that it melted while in transit then re-hardened before it arrived. Again, no problem. What happened is that the melting caused the oils and soaps to separate just like oil and vinegar salad dressing where layers were created and it re-hardened like that. Imagine just the vinegar without the oil on your salad; yuck! So, just put the toothpaste in a warm environment (maybe an oven on it's lowest temperature setting; not a microwave) to allow the paste to re-melt. Once it has vigorously shake it then put it in the refrigerator to re-harden just like the stick figure above. There's some work but your oral care is worth it.

Kid Safe?

Our toothpaste is USDA certified organic (which you already know) and our ingredients are also food-grade. So, there is nothing in our toothpaste that would harm a child if the paste is swallowed. The question; however, is the lack of fluoride. Many public water supplies add fluoride which is controversial in itself but we at Made Simple consciously decided to not include fluoride given the nature of our product. There are so many more components to healthy teeth (and body) that adding more chemicals isn't the answer.

We considered creating a more "kid friendly" line of toothpaste meaning it would be sweeter to the taste but haven't because we honestly believe that getting kids to brush their teeth shouldn't be about getting a treat; so to speak. Starting with something natural at an early age might break that all too common habit of thinking that toothpaste should taste like candy.

I fully believe in (and have seen/experienced) the power of coconut oil for oral health, which this toothpaste harnesses and enhances. For a few years, I practiced daily ‘oil pulling’ for its healing effects on gums, tongue, and teeth. It was notably effective (says my dentist and hygienist) but it was also too much for me to maintain consistently. I gave it up. Then I found this toothpaste. It has totally replaced any need for an oil pulling routine . I’ve experienced significant improvements in mouth health, from gums to tongue. Paired with the Gum Tonic, it is my go-to for maintaining a healthy mouth. The tonic isn’t crucial to my needs, but I have found it to be a helpful addition. I highly recommend this toothpaste!!

After almost a year of using Made Simple toothpaste (extra mint!), and two regular dental visits, I can say with proof this product has increased the healthiness of my mouth. I have good oral health practices but have had a serious issue with my gums receding and surgery was being discussed. I had minimal tarter build up on both visits, and with this visit my gums were healthier and there was no additional receding! My dentist said to keep doing what I’m doing, and did not mention the surgery which makes me even happier!

I love the toothpaste, and it really has helped me. Not going to lie, I couldn’t chew chips, bread, anything hard, eat cold or hot, it was bad, no matter what toothpaste(store bought garbage). When I first started doing research in the natural route, I wasn’t sure. I came across your products, and waited I believe until the certification was all set, and then ordered and tried it for the first time. At first it seemed odd and took a bit to get used to, but not long. After using it for a while honestly what a difference. I didn’t think it was possible, but there is no other toothpaste I will use but yours. My teeth feel stronger, better, no aches, no pain when chewing, it’s crazy, I still can’t believe it. Thank you for making this, I couldn’t be more grateful.

I’m a 51 year old male and have been using Made Simple toothpaste for about the last six month. Well, at least since my last dental check-up. Today, (9/21/17) I had my next scheduled check-up and for the first time in my life my mouth improved. Yup, the hygienist and the dentist both said that the gaps in my gums got better. Yes, sure, I got grief for not flossing enough but they actually said that my mouth looked better now than my last check-up. The only difference being is that I’ve been using Made Simple Sweet Orange toothpaste and the tonic (my wife bought them). So, thank you Made Simple!! Whatever you are doing please keep doing it. You’re saving me a fortune in dental bills.

I have to say, at first I was very skeptical. I had read other reviews perviously that said this toothpaste was amazing, and worked well for sensitive teeth. I have very sensitive teeth when it comes to cold, and eating anything crunchy, it was not fun, just breathing in cold air they would hurt. I always used the sensitive toothpastes, and rotated between them, but they never seemed to do enough. I then started to look into alternative all natural toothpastes and stumbled on this one from Made Simple, I have to say after using it for a few months I was amazed! I have no more tooth sensitivity to cold, I can chew crunchy things no problem. I am amazed! I love this stuff and will continue to use it, it is all natural so I feel good about that, and it works, this was the only toothpaste that actually worked and helped me! Leaves my breath feeling clean, and my teeth feeling clean and refreshed. I got a sample of the tooth and gum tonic that I had tried alongside the toothpaste and It’s a must! I love it, works and pairs well with the toothpaste! The owner is Amazing, and her customer service skills are beyond Amazing! If you have any questions she answers them in full and promptly!! Amazing company and Amazing Products, if your unsure, just give it a try, you won’t regret it. Please never stop making this!

This toothpaste is a God-send! Since I was a teen, toothpaste made me gag every time I brushed — it’s been a struggle, even when I switched to non-fluoride or “natural” toothpastes. I’ve tried many types and brands, from the health food store to the grocery store. This toothpaste leaves no sudsy residue in my mouth — it has a clean feel and also cleans my teeth really well. My teeth feel smooth and polished after using it. I barely have to rinse. I have bought this product multiple times, it is now my standard! Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the unpleasantness out of teeth brushing for me and providing a product that I also know is safe for my body.

I love this toothpaste! it works really well to clean your teeth and it makes your mouth feel really fresh after every use. I also love that it has no bad ingredients in it which is a major plus. I will be repurchasing this product!
